"My experience with DVNH and Hyundai Canada has been excellent. I originally made an appointment to test drive the Santa Fe. My wife and 2 kids came along for the test drive. We met Victor King very approachable and helpful. He had asked my wife and me what we were looking for in a car. Based on our criteria Victor suggested comparing the Elantra Touring and Santa Fe. We had no clue what the Elantra Touring was and we are really glad to be introduced to the Elantra Touring (ET).
We liked it so much that we purchased the car the same day. The only problem encountered was having 2 young kids being at the dealership for 4 hours was not pleasant. But overall very happy. I had picked up my car in the evening. Being dark I did not inspect it. In the morning I notice mark (round circle as if car hit it when parking) on the bumper. I had mentioned it to Victor King and he offered touch up paint to cover it up. Victor has been great to work with and very knowledgeable. He understands the needs of his clients. Also I love my car! Very happy that I bought the ET and very happy with the DVNH dealership and staff! Many thanks for this outstanding experience!!!!"

“I am writing to give applause for one of your sales consultants who had exhibited extraordinary salesmanship. It was our first visit to Don Valley North Hyundai on the March 24th 2011. My husband and I were looking for a small SUV at an affordable price and our intention was to collect information on the first visit before asking for a test drive. Your sales consultant, Duncan Li, was remarkable. He took the initiative to give us a test drive before any question was asked. His enthusiasm and manner was excellent and we were really impressed and were about to settle a deal if the price was right. Somehow the feedback from the manager was undesirable and he failed our planned budget with no room for further negotiation. We were very frustrated for we love the vehicle so much; and therefore, a deal was not done. I have used this dealership since it opened and have always been extremely pleased. My sales rep and finance rep were terrific. I would also like to acknowledge Alim and Martin at the dealership. Alim used to be in the service department which is how I knew him. He is in the finance side of things now I believe and although he was not part of this particular sale he went out of his way to greet me when I was in the showroom and introduced me to Martin the used car manager. Martin got the ball rolling on this sale as I was trading in my old Tiburon. Martin and I discussed my trade-in and what I was looking at and he got me setup with Ryan my sales rep. A great experience that went really smoothly from start to finish.
